Return Eligibility

You may return your product if:

• You received the wrong product
• The product seal is broken or tampered with
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been opened and used (unless defective)
• Products returned after 7 days of delivery
• Products without original packaging
• Products purchased during clearance sales (marked as final sale)

How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Include photos of the damaged/defective product (if applicable)
4. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
5. If approved, we'll arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method
• Bank processing times may vary (additional 3-5 business days)
• You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your current order for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
